Llarth, Mallow Horn, and Ralathe were city-state in the Southern Midlands under the ultimate control of the Duchy of Kelewair during the era of Metamor Keep. When the region became a part of the Empire of Metamor, the area became the Province of Kenning, with Llarth as it's capital.
