History

Breckaris was a member city-state of the Pyralian Confederation. When the region became a part of the Empire of Metamor, the area became the Province of Brekkland, with Breckaris as it's capital.

Brekkland is an expy of Germany, so names and accents should reflect that culture. The Brekklanders are not indigenous to Brekkland; their ancestors migrated there from the Midlands at the time of the great lutin invasions.
