• Vampire Syndicate
  • There has been at least one instance where the Syndicate has used business to interrupt a medical development that would have gone to the Red Spiral. Specifically, Seralina Grayhaven's company developed a process that would have made a test for Cranning Syndrome affordable. Seralina had decided to make it available to the Red Spiral, but Malcolm ard'Valos sabotaged this by ruining the company when Seralina wouldn't give him part of the action.
• Church of the Eternal Brotherhood
  • While not in direct conflict, the Red Spiral does keep an eye on the CEB since it is run by vampires, but engaged in a lot of medical research in regards to blood related disease.
