The Dream Walkers are Nocturna's servants, tasked with watching over the Dreamlands and making sure that the Great War does not come too close to the minds of sleeping mortals.

Origin
The Dream Walkers are quite unique. In some ways, they function as both a race and an organization. The group grew out of the descendants of past relationships between Nocturna and some of the gods, including Dvalin and Samekkh and a few apotheosized mortals also stand among their number.
Due to this mixed heritage, they also vary greatly in physical characteristics as a race. Also, the Dream Walkers do not share the negative taint found in most of the other descendants of daedra.
Membership
There is not really an official way of joining the Dream Walkers. If someone is born with the right abilities, or heritage, they eventually will meet other Dream Walkers (either by chance or because Nocturna has sent one to the new potential member). Many members are born into the organization and know no other life.
Imperial Legalities, if any
Nocturna is a member of Majestrix Kyia’s Cabinet. However, the Dream Walkers are not a part of the Imperial government.
Objectives
Dreamwalkers are found travelling through the Dreamlands, monitoring the dreams of mortals and altering them if Nocturna wants a message to be conveyed to the person in question. Dream Walkers stay neutral in the war between the gods and daedra, but work to protect mortals as they sleep and their minds wander the Dreamlands.
Organization
Nocturna has entrusted management of the day-to-day activities of the Dream Walkers to her consort, Malger.

The Dream Walkers do engage in private sector work, but specifics have not been revealed
Religious / Magical Connections and Abilities
Besides being descendants of various gods, all Dream Walkers have the ability to observe and interact with the Dreamlands and the minds of mortals while they are sleeping.
Difficulties and Challenges
The main issue that the Dream Walkers face, the reason for their existence, is the Dreamlands War. They can be at odds with the forces of both the Aedra and Daedra at any time. It is unknown if they have any relationship with the Dreamlands natives, the Fae.
