Personality and Appearance
Background
It is unclear whether Pamela was born into the Psi Collective or taken in as a foundling; the latter is more likely, given her hostile views of Collective culture. Pamela attended Westfall Academy and learned to control her psi powers, but she left the Metamor Hive rather than join a breeding cell. She seems to have an extreme distaste for organizations that try to control other people.
Pamela has been working as a forensic psychometrist with the MCPD. Jilly was found at a crime scene and brought to the station for examination by her and Morgan Drauling. After Morgan and Pamela verified that Jilly was alive and sentient, Pamela took her home and began caring for her. In taking care of Jilly, Pamela fought herself for having erotic feelings for a being that she was responsible for and felt that she couldn't take advantage of the vulnerable creature for her own pleasure. She tries to keep an emotional distance as a result.
Eventually, after facing down various parties (Vampires, the Psi Collective, and Coriandus Jolee) who attempted to take Jilly for themselves, Pamela admitted that she was in love with her charge and began treating her as an equal partner.
Current Activities
Pamela and Jilly are living in some sort of secure facility, where Jilly uses her talents to analyze blood samples. They are most likely under the auspices of the MCPD's Forensic Investigation Division.
Organizational Membership
Pamela is a forensic psychometrist in the Forensic Investigation Division of the Metamor City Police Department. Her job is to look for psychic clues in the evidence that comes in from crime scenes.

Pamela has a highly strained relationship with the Metamor Hive of the Psi Collective, but they've demonstrated a willingness to bail her out if she gets into mortal danger. They'd gladly welcome her back at any time, but she wants nothing to do with them.

- Coriandus Jolee: Street-level biomancer and leader of a barely-reputable wizards' school for life mages. He claims to have created Jilly and wants her back. He is currently in MCPD custody.
- Fisher: This local enforcer for the Vampire Syndicate probably isn't too happy with Pamela for her part in keeping him from capturing Jilly. Currently at large.

Pamela's surname is more typical of Elven naming practices than human ones. Since only humans and part-humans can be psis, this raises the question of whether Pamela has any Elf-blood in her lineage. Perhaps she is the descendant of a Silvaan or half-Elf and inherited the name from them, while taking the psi talent from the other side of her family. —Chris
