Fisher

Full Name: Unknown, last name Fisher
Species: Vampire, Former Human (Kitchlander, Uncursed)
Allegiance: Vampire Syndicate
Religion: Church of Eternal Brotherhood
Social Status: unknown

Age: unknown
Eyes: unknown
Hair: Blond, in a mohawk
Height: Tall

Physical Notes: Tall, thin and angular — Kate compared him to a scarecrow. His face is a narrow, chiseled wedge, with deep-set eyes, a long nose, sharp cheekbones and a jutting chin. His skin is porcelain white. He wears a dark pinstripe suit with a lavishly styled mohawk.

Behavioral Notes: Fisher attempts to mimic the genteel behavior of his master Malcolm, but he has an underlying vicious streak that he is not fully in control of (unlike his master). He views humans and other non-vampires as cattle, unworthy of serious consideration.

Supernatural Abilities: Basic vampiric traits; shape-shifting (bat form). By the time of Things Unseen he is the keeper of a supernatural weapon, the Voidstone.

Background

Knows Morgan Drauling, probably from her time under Braddock's control.

Current Activities

A local enforcer for the Vampire Syndicate, he attempts to abduct Jilly, under orders (not specified whose orders, but probably a direct subordinate of Malcolm's, if not Malcolm himself). He shoots Jilly as they attempt to escape, and she almost dies.

In Things Unseen Fisher orchestrated an ambush for MCPD detectives Kathryn Kitaen and David Silverleaf as they transported Lady Sephora hin'Lassos. Fisher kidnapped Lady Sephora and had the detectives thrown into Hunters' Hollow, intending that the hunters there would make the meddling detectives "disappear". After Kate and David were unexpectedly rescued by the Lothanasi, they and the Lightbringers tracked down Lady Sephora, incapacitated Fisher, and took him into Lightbringer custody. Fisher is now facing prosecution for the kidnapping, attempted murer, and a host of related crimes.

Organizational Membership

A local enforcer for the Vampire Syndicate. Fisher has taken over Braddock's role as Malcolm's top muscle in the organization, though his approach to problem-solving is more sophisticated than Braddock's. Fisher is able to at least pay lip service to the concepts of parley and negotiation, where Braddock's bloodthirst would lead him into a fight with only minimal provocation.

Home

Valos Tower, the headquarters for Syndicate operations in Metamor City.

Sire

Unknown, but probably Malcolm or a direct subordinate of his.
